Stuart Clark, CISSP

Stuart has held leadership roles for organizations in both the public and private sector. Prior to forming Upland Strategy Group, Stuart was a member of senior management for a regional Texas bank. He provided leadership and a creative vision in bank and IT operations growing a small institution of less than $80 million in assets into a regional bank with assets exceeding $700 million within a 6-year period. He also served as the Director of Training for FundsXpress Financial Network, a small Internet software based startup in 1998 which grew to become an industry leader by providing Internet Banking services to financial institutions around the country. Stuart was instrumental in the development and execution of key operational strategies within FundsXpress that facilitated the rapid deployment of complex banking solutions for financial institutions. Stuart is also a former distinguished law enforcement officer, having received numerous awards and praise from citizens for his fairness and ethical treatment of those he served. He maintains a high degree of technical competence in network infrastructure, virtualization, and data center security with a strong security emphasis.  Stuart currently holds a  Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification.
